BGMI 1.7 update: Release Date and Time, M5 Royal Pass, Patch Notes, and more

Battle Royal, BGMI is one of the most popular games on the mobile platform. Developers keep bringing new updates so that the thrill of the players. The latest patch, 1.6 update, is running well in BGMI and has been well received by the players.

Finally, the developers provided the 1.7 patch notes on the official website. The BGMI 1.7 update will include a new game mode called Mirror World and the re-introduction of several game variants such as Runic Power, Infection Mode, etc.

BGMI 1.7 Update 

Release Date and Time

The BGMI 1.7 update will be released on 19th November and will start at (UTC+0), i.e. around 5:30 AM IST. The server will not be taken down for maintenance, and players will be able to play the game after updating it.

Size

Users can download updates from the App Store and Google Play Store. It requires 698 MB of storage space on Android devices and 1.69 GB of space on iOS devices.

New Mode (Mirror World)

Mirror World will start from 19th November 2021. With the merger of the two dimensions, a unique Mirror Island will be available in BGMI. Enter the floating mirror island and fight as the heroes of ARCANE, the official animated series of League of Legends.

When you enter the mirror island. Your Character will become one of Vi, Jayce, Jinx, or Caitlyn. Each character uses different weapon and has unique skills. If you don't like your character. You can transform yourself with the transformation device on Mirror Island.

New M5 Royale Pass

Royale Pass Month 5: Mirror Realm will start from 19 November  2021 and end on 19 December 2021. The cost of the Royal Pass will remain the same, i.e., the Elite Royal Pass will price 360 UC and the Elite Royal Pass Plus will require 960 UC.

Reintroduction of modes

With the latest 1.7 update the developers will again introduce some of the most exciting modes in the game:-

• Vikendi – (Starts 19 November with support for rooms and spectating)
• Metro Royale: Reunion (Starts on 22 November).
• Survive Till Dawn: (Arrives on 25 November and only available on Thursday/ Friday/Saturday).
• Virus Infection Mode: (Starts on 25 November 2021 and will open every Thursday/Friday/Saturday).
• Payload 2.0: (Commence on 29 November 2021 every Monday/ Saturday/Sunday).
• Runic Power: (Arrives on 30 November 2021 and is available every Tuesday/Wednesday/ Saturday).

Firearm balancing: Marksman Rifles enhancements

• Increased recovery speed and bullet speed of SLR and SKS.
• Increased damage at long range of the Mini14.
• Slightly increased the damage of the VSS.

New Carry feature (PiggyBack)

When a teammate or opponents has been knocked down, besides reviving or eliminating them, you now have one more option. You will be able to carry your knocked-down teammates and move them to another location.
