The latest tournament to join the fray is the PUBG Mobile Japan League (PMJL). The tournament has a huge prize pool of $ 2.8 million (300 million yen), the largest in Japan.

The tournament will be divided into two phases, the first phase ending on 13 February, with 16 invited Japanese teams competing for the final prize.

The teams will compete in the league play over a period of 24 days and will compete in a total of 50 matches in a single phase. The remaining 50 matches will be played in the second phase of the tournament.

The top 14 teams from the tournament will qualify for the PUBG Mobile Japan League Season 2 (PMJL: S2), while the remaining two will be again in the PUBG Mobile Challenge League Season 2 (PMCL: S2).

As mentioned earlier, this mode is only playable in the Livik map and is present in the Evoground section. Apparently, it also hosts an event called a matrix event.

In Power Armor mode, players need to collect nano crystals and power armor blueprints to redeem the  various power armor pieces such as chest, arm, leg in the matrix base and then increase their abilities.

Combat hotspots are marked on the map where players can find more supplies and crates, like flare gun.

Battlefield Recall rules

All players have two revives, and they can automatically return to the battlefield after being defeated or even revive a defeated teammate at the Matrix base.

Then, players will have to use 3600 crystals and 3 blueprints on the matrix base to craft Power Armor suit.

Power Armor Suit

After assembling the Power Armor Suit in the player's Matrix Base, they are equipped with special abilities. Players have two special abilities:

Hyper Jump:- Allows players to fly in the air and travel a short distance.

Dragon Breath:- Releases hit blasts that reduces enemy's HP.

However, it is necessary to note that players can only use this ability after collecting  3 Blueprints and 3600 nano crystal  in the map and equip all three Arms, Chest and Leg pieces in the Matrix Base.
